Roald has just completed his final year of school at Camps Bay High, Cape Town. With a long term passion for music production he’s recently enrolled in a night course to reach his goal of eventually producing artists worldwide.
As a recent graduate in a country with a world renowned unemployment rate, Roald has experienced firsthand the difficulty of trying to start a career or even find a job to support a student life.
Without his skills in design and copy – and a proficiency in searching for information online - Roald would have missed the chance to join our team, as we advertised the position online only. This goes to show the often neglected importance of all employer and jobseeker branding online – as well as the role of search in that cycle.
